A separate WC and wash basin is located downstairs. There is also a portable travel cot and a high chair available for use. There is local satelitte in the villa which has english movie channels, english news channels and music channels.The villa also has Broadband internet connection.
To the rear of the property there is an undercover gym facility. Which has a Multi-gym, rowing machine, ab bench, ab toner, lateral thigh trainer, a selection of free weights.
The pool, at the rear of the building, is secluded from the main street, a pool shower is also on site. The pool benefits from full perimeter lighting, ensuring the pool can be used at all times. The pool measures approx 7m x 3m.
The surrounding areas of Penera and Protaras both offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, children's entertainment facilities which include; crazy golf, a water park, zoo, aquarium and various sandy beaches with excellent water sports. The villa is located approx 10 - 15 minute walk from Penera Bay which has its own marina and is a beautiful cove. Protaras is a superb family resort but also has excellent nightlife.Agia Napa is approx 15 minute drive and a local bus runs from the main street, approx 100 yards from the villa.
